Resistance bands are a convenient and effective tool for helping to build strength. 

This collection includes 5 colored resistance band loops of varying strength so you can alter your workout intensity.  Self contained in a transportable bag so you can take your workout with you anywhere.

The perimeter of each band measures 60cm and 5cm in width.
