Although we keep a large inventory in stock, it may be necessary for us to order your product(s) from our manufacturer(s) and it may take one to four weeks for you to receive your order. If we anticipate it taking longer, we will contact you via email or telephone. If you are in need of an order ASAP, please contact our customer service office at (832) 778-8799 to inquire whether your item(s) is in stock or needs to be ordered. We will only ship complete orders. If you need to have a partial order shipped, please contact us for additional shipping charges.
If we do not have the item(s) you ordered in inventory and it is necessary for us to order your product(s) from our manufacturer(s), we will collect a deposit from you equal to 100% of the total order at the time your order is placed with us. When the product is shipped to you, we will apply this deposit as payment towards your order. This deposit is fully refundable until the product is shipped and you may cancel your order at any time prior to that.
International Orders will be charged an estimated amount of shipping which may vary from the actual amount when the order is shipped. Any difference in shipping costs will be subsequently charged or refunded to your card at the time of shipment. If you'd like to know a more exact shipping amount, please contact us prior to placing your order with what items you are ordering and your complete shipping address. Houston Skate & Sports Orthotics Center has no control over whether a foreign country charges value added taxes or the amount.
Due to the varied locations of our manufacturers, some of which are located outside the United States, we cannot guarantee that any orders shipped from our manufacturers directly to our customers will always arrive in a timely manner. This is due to the fact that shipments crossing international borders may be delayed by the Customs Service, which is beyond both our manufacturers' and our control.
Please note that sometimes our manufacturers discontinue products without our knowledge. If you order a product(s) that has been discontinued, we will notify you promptly so that you select an alternative product(s) or receive a full refund.
We currently offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping within the continental United States on all orders of at least $100 (excluding skates and pic frames). Orders placed for which all items are in stock generally ship within 24 hours and are delivered within 2-3 business days following shipment. However, we cannot guarantee delivery during that timeframe since once we ship an item, it's delivery is out of our control. Should you require your items more quickly, your order can be express shipped, but a shipping fee will apply. The amount of the fee will vary depending on package weight and destination.
Orders shipped outside the continental US and to international locations will receive a discount on their shipping costs equal to what the shipping charges would have been had the shipment been shipped within the continental US.
1. All item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receipt with tags attached. Item(s) showing evidence of wear or use will not be accepted for return or exchange. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. All opened packages of skating tights are non-refundable. In the case of manufacturer's defects, tights can only be exchanged for the same model and size.
3. Any skating boots purchased which have been mounted (by you or us) with either a blade or pic frame are not returnable. So please be confident of your boot/skate size before ordering.
4. Skates which have been used, scuffed, or disfigured in any way cannot be returned.
